Unser p\u00e4dagogisches Konzept: Mit Herz, Hand und Verstand<\/h1>\n

Hinter der t\u00e4glichen Arbeit in unserem Kinderhaus steht eine klare p\u00e4dagogische Haltung. Wir vertrauen in die angeborene Neugier der Kinder und verstehen uns als feinf\u00fchlige Wegbegleiter, die Lernr\u00e4ume \u00f6ffnen, statt fertige Wege vorzugeben.<\/p>\n

Kinder haben bei uns das Recht, ihren Alltag aktiv mitzugestalten. Sie w\u00e4hlen ihre T\u00e4tigkeiten, Spielpartner und Spielorte weitgehend selbstst\u00e4ndig. In t\u00e4glichen Kinderrunden oder gemeinsamen Konferenzen lernen die Kinder, ihre W\u00fcnsche und Meinungen zu \u00e4u\u00dfern, einander zuzuh\u00f6ren und demokratische Entscheidungen zu treffen. Das Prinzip der \u201etastenden Versuche\u201c<\/h4>\n

Kinder lernen am nachhaltigsten, wenn sie die Welt selbst erforschen. Statt fertige L\u00f6sungen vorzugeben, ermutigen wir sie zu eigenen Experimenten und Erfahrungen. Fehler sind dabei keine Misserfolge, sondern wertvolle und willkommene Lernschritte. In unseren hauseigenen Werkst\u00e4tten (wie der Holz- und Tonwerkstatt) arbeiten die Kinder mit echtem Werkzeug und \u201eErnstzeug\u201c statt reinem Spielzeug. Das st\u00e4rkt ihr Selbstvertrauen und ihr handwerkliches Geschick enorm.<\/p>\n

Lernen findet nicht im luftleeren Raum statt, sondern mitten im Leben. Wir stellen in allen Aktivit\u00e4ten den Bezug zur realen Welt der Kinder her. Ob beim Zubereiten von Speisen, dem G\u00e4rtnern im eigenen Beet, dem liebevollen Pflegen unserer Kita-Tiere oder bei unseren Ausfl\u00fcgen in die Nachbarschaft (z. B. ins Seniorenwohnheim) \u2013 die Kinder begreifen hautnah, wie die Welt funktioniert und welchen Sinn ihr eigenes Handeln hat.<\/p>\n

Unser Kinderhaus versteht sich als eine lebendige Gemeinschaft.
